Plans, trials and billing

Every plan includes the whole of ReDock Web and the whole of the desktop app. What differs is how many live WordPress sites a workspace can connect and how many people can be in it.

The desktop app is free on every plan and needs no account at all.

Extra connected sites are an add-on on any paid plan. The pricing page carries the prices and the comparison chart, and it is the list to trust: the table above is about what a plan lets you do, not what it costs this month.

Plans are billed monthly for now. Yearly plans are coming.

Buy one

1. Open the pricing page and press Buy on the plan you want.
2. You land on the billing page inside ReDock Web, at Settings → Billing. Signed out, you sign up or sign in first and land back on billing.
3. Checkout is by card, on the payment provider’s own hosted page.

The count of connected sites is checked when you connect a site, not afterwards. Sites you already connected stay connected.

Try a plan first

The billing page also has Start a trial: 30 days by default, once per workspace, on the plans the settings make available.

Once per workspace means once. A workspace that has had its trial does not get another, whoever starts it.

Change or cancel

Manage billing on the same page opens the payment provider’s own portal, in your name. Change the card, read the invoices, or cancel there.

Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for. Your sites stay connected until the plan actually changes.

Refunds

14 days on every paid plan, to the original payment method. The refunds page has the terms.

Who can do any of this

Only the Owner of a workspace holds the plan and can change it. An admin runs everything else. See People, roles and client groups.
